Who We Are
Founding Fathers Medical House Call was created to make healthcare more accessible for individuals who face challenges visiting a medical office or prefer care in the comfort of their home.
Many patients delay or skip medical care due to transportation barriers, mobility limitations, long wait times, or scheduling difficulties. Our in-home care model helps reduce these barriers by bringing timely medical services directly to patients—supporting better continuity of care and reducing unnecessary urgent or hospital visits.
We provide both insurance-based and cash-pay services, depending on patient needs, location, and urgency.
